Payment, order confirmation and delivery rules for WorldDocGuide digital products.
Payment
Payments are processed through the payment methods activated at checkout. The available methods may include card payment, wallet payment, PayPal, Stripe-supported methods or other services depending on configuration.
Delivery
Products are delivered digitally. Delivery may occur through immediate download links, customer account access, order confirmation email, protected file access or another digital delivery method described on the product page.
Access after payment
Download access should normally be granted after payment validation. Some orders may require anti-fraud checks, payment confirmation or manual support if the payment provider flags a problem.
Customer email accuracy
The customer must provide a valid email address. If the email address is incorrect, download links, receipts and support replies may not arrive.
Failed delivery
If payment succeeded but access was not provided, contact contact@worlddocguide.com with the order reference and payment email.
