How WorldDocGuide handles customer support, order problems, complaints and unresolved issues.
First contact
For any complaint or support issue, contact contact@worlddocguide.com. Written contact is required so the request can be identified, tracked and answered clearly.
Information to provide
- Your name and email address used for the order.
- The order number or product name if the request concerns a purchase.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Screenshots or technical details if download access failed.
- The remedy requested: access correction, replacement file, clarification, refund review or complaint handling.
Internal handling
WorldDocGuide aims to answer practical order and download problems as quickly as reasonably possible. Legal, refund, privacy or complex complaints may require more time.
Escalation
If a consumer dispute remains unresolved after a written complaint, the consumer may request access to consumer mediation under the conditions described on the Consumer Mediation and Disputes page.
